Daniel’s Car Detailing – Terms & Conditions

By booking or using services provided by Daniel's Car Detailing, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment

The customer acknowledges that the vehicle may contain pre-existing scratches, dents, paint imperfections, interior wear, electronic issues, or mechanical defects prior to service.

Daniel’s Car Detailing is not responsible for identifying or documenting every pre-existing condition unless specifically requested by the customer before service begins.

2. Inspection Upon Completion

Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle immediately upon completion of the detailing service and before the detailers leave the service location.

Any concerns, claims, or allegations of damage must be reported at the time of service completion and before Daniel’s Car Detailing staff depart the premises.

3. Post-Service Damage Claims

Daniel’s Car Detailing shall not be held liable for any claims of damage reported after the detailers have left the service location, including but not limited to:

Scratches
Dents
Paint damage
Interior damage
Missing items
Mechanical or electrical issues

unless clear evidence is provided showing the damage was directly caused during the detailing service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Daniel’s Car Detailing’s liability for any verified damage caused directly by its employees shall be limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the affected area only.

Under no circumstances shall Daniel’s Car Detailing be liable for:

Indirect damages
Loss of vehicle use
Loss of income
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Manufacturer defects

5. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before service begins.

Daniel’s Car Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Fragile or Modified Components

The customer must disclose any fragile, damaged, aftermarket, wrapped, repainted, or modified vehicle components before service.

Daniel’s Car Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Weak or deteriorated trim
Loose emblems
Pre-damaged surfaces
Improper aftermarket installations
Failing paint or clear coat

7. Weather and Mobile Service Conditions

For mobile detailing services, Daniel’s Car Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or unsuitable work environments.

8. Satisfaction Policy

If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify Daniel’s Car Detailing immediately before the service team leaves the location so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the concern.

9. Final Inspection & Service Acceptance

The customer agrees to inspect the vehicle thoroughly upon completion of the detailing service and before the detailers leave the service location.

Any concerns regarding cleaning quality, missed areas, touch-ups, or service satisfaction must be communicated immediately while the detailers are still present so corrections may be addressed at that time.

Once the detailers have left the location, the service shall be considered completed and accepted by the customer.

Daniel's Car Detailing shall not be responsible for returning to re-clean, touch up, or correct any areas after departure from the service location.

The customer understands and agrees that:

No refunds, reimbursements, discounts, or credits will be issued after service completion and departure of the detailing team.
No additional cleaning requests or complaints will be accepted once the service has been approved and the detailers have left the location.
Failure to inspect the vehicle before the team departs constitutes acceptance of the completed service.

9. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, approving, or paying for detailing services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
